Effective September 24, 2026. Infinite Acqua Solutions, based in Los Angeles, CA, provides water filtration products, rentals, installation, and service. This policy describes information we receive when you use our website, contact us, place an order, or ask about service, and how we use it. When you contact us or request a quote, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, service location, product or system details, and the information in your message. When you order online or create an account, we receive the contact, billing, shipping, account, and order details needed to process the transaction and help you afterward. Please do not send payment card details through a contact form or email.

The website and its service providers may also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages visited, and information stored through cookies or similar technologies. These help the website function, remember a cart or account session, prevent spam and fraud, and measure site use where enabled.
