Terms of Use and Sale

Effective September 24, 2026. These terms apply to purchases and use of the Infinite Acqua Solutions website. They also describe how inquiries about rentals, installation, and service are handled. Please review the product page and any quote or written agreement before placing an order or approving work. If a separate written agreement covers a rental or service, that agreement controls the details of that transaction.

Who We Are

Infinite Acqua Solutions sells water filtration systems, replacement filters, accessories, and related equipment online. Rentals, installation, and service are offered in select Southern California areas, subject to availability. We also service many existing systems installed by other companies. We do not provide bottled-water delivery.

Products and Orders

Product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, prices, and availability may change. Please check model numbers, dimensions, connection sizes, replacement-filter compatibility, and installation requirements before ordering. We may contact you to resolve an error or unavailable item before fulfilling an order. The total price, applicable taxes, and available shipping charges are shown during checkout before you submit payment.

Order confirmations acknowledge receipt of an order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you about available options or issue a refund for the unfulfilled portion. We may refuse or cancel an order for a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an item that is unavailable, with any applicable payment refunded.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options and charges are presented at checkout where available. Delivery estimates are estimates unless a definite shipping time is expressly stated. If we cannot ship within a promised time, or within the time required by applicable law when no time is stated, we will notify you and provide the required choice to accept a delay or cancel for a refund. Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, and retain the packaging when practical.

Returns and Cancellations

For an order, return, cancellation, damaged item, or warranty question, contact customerservice@infiniteacquasolutions.com or call or text (818) 674-2321 with your order number and the product involved. We will explain the options that apply to that product and order before you send anything back. Product-specific or manufacturer return terms disclosed with an item may apply. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Rentals, Installation, and Service

Rental availability, monthly charges, any deposit, equipment ownership, filter changes, maintenance, minimum term, cancellation, installation, and service scope are set out in the quote or written rental or service agreement provided for your project. A website inquiry or displayed starting price is not a complete rental agreement. Work is scheduled after the scope and price are confirmed. Service availability varies by location and system condition. Customers should provide safe access to the equipment and disclose known plumbing, electrical, or water-quality issues before work begins.

Equipment Performance and Warranties

Filtration performance depends on the equipment selected, incoming water, proper installation, maintenance, and timely replacement of consumables. Product certifications, performance claims, and manufacturer warranties apply only as stated by the manufacturer for the particular model. A water-structuring or enhancement device is not a substitute for filtration when contaminant reduction is needed. Do not rely on general website information as a substitute for water testing or advice from a qualified professional about a specific water concern.

Any IAS installation or service warranty will be stated in the applicable written quote or agreement. These terms do not replace any rights provided by a manufacturer warranty or applicable law.

Accounts and Website Use

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in information secure and for providing accurate order and contact information. Do not use the site to submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation, or misuse its content. Site text, images, logos, and product information may not be copied for commercial use without permission from the applicable owner.

Text Messages

If you choose to communicate with us by text or separately opt in to receive texts, we may send messages about your inquiry, order, appointment, rental, or service. Marketing texts, if offered, require the applicable separate consent; consent to marketing is not required to buy a product or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below. An opt-out may prevent us from sending text updates, so please give us another way to reach you about an active order or service request.

Changes and Contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed order or signed rental or service agreement.
