High-Capacity Tankless Reverse Osmosis
The Waterdrop X16 is a premium under-sink reverse osmosis system designed for households that need higher water output and fast dispensing.
With a maximum rated capacity of 1600 gallons per day, Waterdrop states that the X16 can fill a 6-ounce cup in approximately 2 seconds. Its tankless configuration eliminates the bulky storage tank used by conventional RO systems while maintaining high-flow performance.
11-STAGE FILTRATION
The X16 uses an 11-stage filtration system built around a 0.0001-micron RO membrane.
Reduction of including TDS, PFAS, fluoride, chlorine, arsenic, lead, chromium VI, microplastics, sediment and other substances. System is tested and certified by IAPMO R&T against NSF/ANSI 58 for the reduction claims specified in its Performance Data Sheet and NSF/ANSI 372 for lead-content requirements.
ALKALINE REMINERALIZATION
The X16 incorporates a remineralization stage after RO filtration. Waterdrop describes the system as adding minerals back to the purified water and targeting approximately pH 7.5.

The included smart faucet gives the customer information and controls directly at the sink, including:
